These terms govern your use of feelfilters.co.uk and the sale of any products you order from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About us

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you complete checkout. We may decline an order (e.g. if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error); if we do, we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices & payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.
- For subscriptions, your card is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.
- We use reasonable care to keep prices accurate. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
4. Subscriptions
Filter subscriptions ship every two months. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time, with no fees. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals; orders already placed will still be delivered.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping policy for delivery times and costs. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you're a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. See our Refund policy for how to do that, the 60-day money-back guarantee, and how refunds are processed.
7. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If your product is faulty, doesn't match the description, or isn't fit for purpose, contact us and we'll put it right — repair, replacement, or refund as the law requires.
8. Acceptable use of the website
Don't misuse the site (e.g. introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, scraping at scale). We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe you're doing so.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Complaints
Email hello@feelfilters.co.uk and we'll respond within 5 working days. If we can't resolve things, you may be able to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution service or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
