• Account & subscription data — for managing recurring filter deliveries.
• Communications — emails you send us and our replies.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed (basic analytics, no personally identifying tracking).

3. Why we collect it (lawful bases)

• Contract — to take and fulfil your order, manage your subscription, and provide customer support.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and consumer-law record-keeping.
• Legitimate interests — preventing fraud, securing the site, improving the product. Balanced against your rights.
