- Order details— name, billing & delivery address, email, phone number, order history.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe holds these as a separate data controller; see stripe.com/privacy.
- Account & subscription data — for managing recurring filter deliveries.
- Communications — emails you send us and our replies.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed (basic analytics, no personally identifying tracking).
3. Why we collect it (lawful bases)
- Contract — to take and fulfil your order, manage your subscription, and provide customer support.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and consumer-law record-keeping.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraud, securing the site, improving the product. Balanced against your rights.
- Consent — marketing emails, where you've ticked the box to receive them. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
