60-day money-back guarantee
Try the Feel Filter showerhead for up to 60 days. If you don't feel a difference in your skin, hair or water — for any reason — email hello@feelfilters.co.uk and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once we receive the unit back, we refund you in full to the original payment method within 14 days.
The guarantee covers the showerhead. Used filter cartridges aren't eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Statutory right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you're a UK or EU consumer you have a separate statutory right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise it:
- Email hello@feelfilters.co.uk with your order number and that you want to cancel.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Original packaging isn't required but please pack securely.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you've returned them, whichever is sooner).
- Standard outbound delivery cost is refunded; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Email us with photos and your order number — we'll sort it without charge.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel filter subscriptions any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; any order already paid for will still be shipped. We don't pro-rate the current cycle.
How to start a return
- Email hello@feelfilters.co.uk with your order number and reason.
- We'll reply within 1 working day with a prepaid label or instructions.
- Drop off the parcel and keep the postage receipt until your refund clears.
