Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery

• Free on every order, no minimum.
• Dispatched within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically arrives in 2–3 working days.

EU & international

• EU: 5–10 working days, cost calculated at checkout.
• US: 7–14 working days, cost calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties or import VAT are payable by you on delivery and aren't included in the price you pay us.

Subscription deliveries

Replacement filters ship every two months on the same shipping method as your original order. You'll get a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so you can pause or skip if you need to.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us. If it doesn't arrive within the expected window, drop us a line and we'll chase the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If something goes wrong in transit, email hello@feelfilters.co.uk with your order number and we'll resend or refund — at no cost to you.

Address changes

We can change your delivery address up until the order leaves our warehouse. After dispatch you'll need to redirect via the carrier's portal.

Where we ship to

UK, EU member states, and the US. If your country isn't at checkout, email us — we may be able to ship on request.
